These policies exist to protect CCYC. CCYC is a volunteer, not for profit organization. We want to provide a fair and honest product/experience for all of our patrons without discrimination, interference or inconsistency.

Behavioral Problems
  • Any adult bringing a student (under the age of 18) to CCYC assumes responsibility for that student.
  • Any adult (person over the age of 18) that presents a serious problem (as determined by CCYC event staff) will be dealt with as a threat and local law enforcement will be called.
  • Students presenting behavioral problems (as deemed by CCYC event staff) will be dealt with seriously. Any serious issue is reason to be sent home immediately.
  • Disciplinary actions beyond that become the responsibility of the sponsoring church/organization and that student's parents or gardians.
  • In the event that laws are broken or charges are pressed, CCYC will be forced to abide by whatever course of action the local law enforcement determine.
  • CCYC is hosted in venues around NC with whom we would like to keep a good relationship.
  • CCYC is not liable for any damages in such cases.

Financial:

  • Registrations
    • Registration rates are determined by the date that moneys are received by our office. We will honor postage dates as a general rule. CCYC reserves to right to request money owed for registrations that were paid at an incorrect rate. (ex: Someone paying a $40 registration past the date of that registration's availability when they should have paid $50) Or that are outstanding.
    • We have 5 registration rates:
      • $30 - Super-early-bird is available to those who attended the most recent conference and is only available for a short period of time after that conference
      • $40 - Early-bird is the rate available before standard registration rate is applied
      • $50 - Standard registration is the rate paid in the weeks closest to an event as well as at the door
      • $30 - First Timers is available only to groups or churches who have never attended a CCYC conference before. This is not an individual rate for students or sponsors who have never attended but are attending with a church who has attended in the past. To clarify, this is a promotional rate intended to persuade new patrons to attend our event in hopes that, once seeing how awesome it is, will choose to return in future years!
      • $100 - Vender Rate. Anyone wishing to exhibit a booth at our event is required to pay the vender rate. This rate is for organizations such as colleges, summer camps, para-church organizations and merchants. CCYC reserves the right to offer discounted rates to groups who may be serving in one way or another at the event. For example, typically our featured talents will receive a complementary booth space.
    • Refunds: registrations are non refundable but are transferable. Transfer of registration is the responsibility of the individual who owns the registration spot.
    • Paying at the door: Patrons who wish to "register at the door" must realize that there is no guarantee of registration spots. In the event that we do have spots left it should be understood that individuals who register at the door may not receive all of the same amenities of individuals who pre-registered. Though we would like to accomodate everyone we simply cannot plan for people that we are not expecting.
  • Merchandise:
    • CCYC is not currently a merchandising organization at it's core. However we do have items for sell on our website. Being a volunteer organization it is possible that our actual inventory may not match our online "inventory".  In the case that you purchase an item in our online store that we cannot provide you, we will contact you to make you aware of the mishap. We will offer you a replacement item. If you choose NOT to accept the replacement item we will reimburse you in full. Otherwise, payment is expected.
  • Missions Money:
    • Money that is collected in the name of "missions" will go directly to said organization. CCYC does not keep any overhead or kickbacks from funds raised for missions!
  • Reimbursements:
    • If a person connected with CCYC has made a purchase for CCYC (at the request of a planning committee member or officer only) and needs a reimbursement for that purchase, they must present a receipt (digital copies are fine) and request a check from the treasurer. Persons needing that information should contact ccycinfo@gmail.com
  • Support CCYC:
    • Churches or individuals wishing to partner financially with CCYC may contact ccycinfo@gmail.com We would love to partner with you! We are able to accept online donations.
